DISTRIBUTION: Domestic Distribution is planned to commence at 8-10 months from funding on each film and takes place over a two year period from Delivery of the films. To seek maximum return for each release, Astrablu shall distribute initially to the Foreign marketplace and the US Theatrical, then on DVD/Blu-ray, then Cable Television/Pay-per-view and finally all other ancillary markets.

MERCHANDISING AND LICENSING: Concurrently with distribution Astrablu will pursue an aggressive licensing and merchandising program especially for “Fistful of Blood” and the two sequels in association with Heavy Metal. Management believes that the merchandising potential relating to Astrablu’s productions must be exploited in order to maximize the full profit potential of these Motion Pictures. Scripts like "Fistful of Blood” and "Forever Plaid" can easily turn to a major source of income from merchandising exploitation.

Astrablu will use a licensing and merchandising campaign patterned on the extensive model developed by Heavy Metal.
Teaming with Heavy Metal Magazine on “Fistful of Blood”, with an annual worldwide readership of over 3,000,000 dedicated fans, we’ll be featuring ongoing advertisements, editorials and galleries through a dedicated web site for the sale of the soundtrack, video games, toys, action figures, sculptures, calendars, posters, cards, apparel and etc...

CORPORATE STRATEGY: Astrablu’s strategy, in addition to producing and selling its own product will review and acquire rights to distribute horror, action/adventure, suspense thrillers and comedies produced by others that have worldwide commercial appeal.

The Executives of Astrablu with their long standing relationships have the expertise, experience, connections and the ability to successfully produce and place motion pictures in theaters, T.V., cable stations, pay-per-view, home video/DVD/Blu-ray as well as foreign markets in the most cost efficient method.

Astrablu plans to acquire rights of other independent motion pictures to release through our own label. To select those motion pictures, Astrablu executives attend Motion Picture festivals and other available opportunities to locate motion pictures with the appeal necessary for commercial success.

Prior to acquiring a motion picture, Astrablu will assess commercial viability from all potential revenue streams including domestic and international theatrical distribution, home video/DVD/Blu-ray, pay-per-view television, cable, and free television markets.

Astrablu will continue to acquire titles singly or in-groups to build up its own library under this criteria.

In the past ten years, industry statistics reveal the overall increase of 30% in many ancillary markets and especially important is the increase of over 200 % in the home Video/DVD market.

Astrablu is currently exploring acquisition of Motion Picture libraries and individual Motion Pictures. The strategy is to obtain motion pictures and make a straight percentage agreement for the sale and distribution of these Motion Pictures.

DOMESTIC THEATRICAL DISTRIBUTION: Astrablu plans to obtain a small Prints and Advertising fund to prime the theatrical distribution of quality motion pictures produced or acquired to enhance our ancillary and foreign revenues. Astrablu is designed to fill the present "void" in the Motion Picture marketplace, which has been created as a result of many independent companies merging "in house" with major studios. Astrablu will provide during this "void" period an entity capable of the creation, production and distribution of moderately budgeted feature length motion pictures for the U.S. theatrical box office, Video/DVD/Blu-ray, television, cable and overseas markets.

With the proper financing, Astrablu intends to grow into an innovative and exciting fully integrated Motion Picture Production and Distribution Company in order to take advantage of the growing opportunity for Independent Motion Picture Production and Distribution.
